Jeff Holden “Dead Moose on Isle Royale” live at Les Cheneaux May 30

Spread the love

You may have read my review of UPPAA member Jeff Holden’s “Dead Moose on Isle Royale” (Michigan State University Press) in Marquette Monthly a few months ago.

You will have the opportunity to see him in person for a lecture at the Aldo Leopold festival down in Les Cheneaux near Cedarville on Saturday, May 30, at 1PM for about an hour or so.  He will have a bone show-and-tell, take Q&A, and sell-sign books afterwards. You need to sign up and pay a small fee ($10.96) to attend the talk.

UPPAA An older man stands in front of a weathered wooden building with a glass door and a red-trimmed window. There is a green flower box with colorful flowers beneath the window.    UPPAA Two large moose antlers lie on grass. Below, text reads: "Dead Moose on Isle Royale: Off Trail with the Citizen Scientists of the Wolf-Moose Project, Jeffrey M. Holden.
