The L’Anse Public Library, 201 N. Fourth Street, will be hosting an author event on Saturday, December 3rd from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Several U.P. authors will be attending offering their books for sale and giving visitors a chance to chat with them. This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served and in keeping with the spirit of the season, guests are encouraged to wear their favorite “ugly” Christmas sweater.
