The Hessel School House is thrilled to announce the return of the Upper Peninsula Writers
Symposium, set to take place at the historic Hessel School House on Saturday, June 21, 2025!

you’re looking to hone your craft, navigate the challenges of writing, or simply connect with fellow literary enthusiasts, this symposium is the perfect opportunity to elevate your writing journey.
While HSH is still finalizing the details, they encourage you to mark your calendars and stay
tuned for updates. Registration will open in early February, and given that last year’s event sold
out, they recommend securing your tickets as soon as they become available. Don’t miss out on
